Mute the Wake Word 'Alexa'

All you need to do is open the Alexa app, open Settings and then Flash Briefing. Here you will see where your news is coming from. Choose your preference.

Create A New Sports Update
As soon as you say 'Alexa sports update' you will be you'll get a summary of the news for teams you have preferred.  You can set a new sports update by going to the Alexa app's Settings and then Sports update.
Here you will be able to search for teams. Pick important teams for yourself like Seattle Seahawks or West Ham, or simply look for national teams.
