How would you play multi-room on Alexa?

Tap the + symbol in the upper right, and select Add Multi-Room Music Speakers. The application will at that point brief you to make a gathering, making it simpler to control music playback by saying things like "Alexa play music upstairs" rather than getting out individual speakers.
